Executive Compensation in the Nonprofit Sector - How much is too much?
Yeah, accounting for nonprofit organizations should always have an attorney or a legal counsel just in case some legal matters need to be resolved. Even though it is a nonprofit organization, instances like these are almost certainly bound to happen, so as the saying goes, "prevention is better than cure."
